Frome the day a new healthcare facility opens its doors the staff work tirelessly to keep it as clean and sterile as possible. We understand and appreciate this. Which is why we have developed protocols that mitigate the effect of maintenance and construction work on the operations of the facility.

Trained and dedicated teams spend a lot of time preparing the work area before any work is conducted. This is preceded by a planning walkthrough to identify risk and craft solutions before the work starts. We put a lot of time and thought into dust containment before and during works as well as cleaning during and after. We also make use of dust extracting power tools where possible. Working after hours allows us to get the job done with minimal disturbance to facility staff and patients

Anything it takes to give the facility back to the staff in the same condition we found it in or better.

From heavy industrial sites to single bed apartment renovations we have done it all.

We carry a strong belief that if you have 8 hours to cut down a tree, you better spend 7 of those hours sharpening your axe. Planning is everything. Every project is meticulously programmed, scheduled and sequenced. Identifying long lead item order dates and combining the cash flow to the actual program is a small example of how we approach every project.

Risk and bottlenecks are identified long before the teams set foot on site and even when the best laid plans are under strain from external factors we pride ourselves on being able to be agile in the way we think of and approach the challenges faced on a site.
