After the successful renovations and repairs at their Blaauwberg facility, we were contracted by the Intercare Healthcare group again to execute similar work at their Tygervalley location.

4 Doctors’ rooms were to be repainted and one of the rooms had to have new electrical and HDMI cables chased into the walls as these installations were completely left out by the previous contractors. The fact that this extremely dirty work had to be carried out in a dental surgery presented a huge challenge to the team. We implemented our standard dust control protocols and also installed multiple dust-curtains throughout the facility to contain and manage dust extraction.

We executed this job in three after hours shifts and each morning we delivered to the client a clinically clean and fully functional surgery as we went through the phases of execution. No disruption to facility operations and no closed books for the doctor. Happy clients all around.
