On this project we were appointed in the Project Manager role and provided these services for one of our longtime clients Nuwave Industries from Sunningdale, Cape Town. The goal of this renovation was to convert the existing home into a space that feels more like a luxury resort than a house by the beach and the Nuwave team led by Crystal Dorr executed the design beautifully.

The timelines on this project were extremely tight and the scope of work was constantly changing which added it own layer of complexity. There had to be multiple course corrections and adjustments to the scope of work and timelines but ultimately all the loose ends were tied together and the team delivered a beautifully updated version of this house to very happy clients
